Satisfaction survey on reception services at Université Bourgogne Europe

As part of the Services Publics+ programme, Université Bourgogne Europe is launching a satisfaction survey for students, focusing on the quality of reception services within the institution.

This mandatory survey is anonymous and takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. Its aim is to gather feedback in order to continuously improve services and enhance students’ daily life at the university.
