Discover the Gastronomy and Food Careers Forum!

As part of the Employment and Apprenticeship Week, Université Bourgogne Europe is organising the Gastronomy and Food Careers Forum on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the Salle Multiplex (Dijon Campus).

This thematic day will give you the opportunity to explore the many career paths offered by the gastronomy and food sector: production, processing, food innovation, quality, logistics, marketing and management. The goal? To help you better understand the wide range of careers in these fields and support you in building your professional project.

On the programme: meetings with industry professionals, information about internships, apprenticeships and job opportunities, as well as advice to refine your career plans. You will also have the chance to discover local products through La Nappe Gourmande, hosted by the GPPR Committee of Bourgogne Franche-Comté, along with other dedicated activities.
