Student mobility: Le Creusot IUT hosts the ADIUT International Relations Days
On 4 and 5 June 2026, UBE’s IUT Le Creusot, hosted the ADIUT (Assembly of IUT Directors) International Relations Days. More than 90 professionals, representing over 50 IUTs and partner organisations, gathered for this event dedicated to international exchanges in higher education. Among them was a delegation of eight representatives from the ISET (Higher Institute of Technological Studies) in Radès, Tunisia.
Lectures and round-table discussions enabled participants to gain a better understanding of the latest developments in incoming and outgoing mobility schemes, to discover initiatives promoting international exchanges, and to engage with foreign partners from universities and government bodies.
Small-group workshops also facilitated the sharing of experiences on specific topics such as COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) and BIP (Blended Intensive Programme) schemes, European projects and mobility programmes to Quebec.
These two days were, of course, also an opportunity for participants to explore Le Creusot and its university campus, with a visit to the Le Creusot’s IUT, the Hub&Go Technology Park and the Château de la Verrerie, followed by a dinner at the Pavillon de l’Industrie.
Rich in exchanges and new connections, these International Relations Days enabled every participant to leave with fresh ideas and new perspectives on how to support students in gaining more international experience.
