Université Bourgogne Europe launches the interdisciplinary centre ‘Héritage, Collections, Patrimoine’ (HCP)
Nadine Millot, Vice-President for Research at UBE, officially inaugurated the “Héritage, Collections, Patrimoine” (HCP) centre, a major step forward in the structuring of its scientific policy. Organised by Pascal Neige, Professor of Palaeontology at the Biogeosciences Laboratory, and Karen Bretin, Doctor of Contemporary History at LIR3S and Senior Lecturer, this centre is designed to be a unifying space. Bringing together expertise related to tangible and intangible heritage, physical and digital collections, and all research outputs, its mission is to support numerous UBE laboratories and encourage the emergence of ambitious interdisciplinary projects. Following on from the Interdisciplinary Artificial Intelligence Centre launched last July, this new centre affirms UBE’s desire to strengthen its influence and structure centres of excellence.
