New year, new start. Let’s celebrate ! Campus days 2025

make your life easier and meet the partners who will boost your student year.
Between festive events and back-to-school tutoring, get ready for a month of discovery and conviviality!
Events are organised on a weekly basis around three main themes: commitment and solidarity, sport and culture, and Europe & international.

Student Information Village

Are you starting a new academic year or just want to find out more about the resources available to you? Come along to the “Village Infos Étudiants” on 9 September from 11am to 2pm, in front of the RU Montmuzard.

You’ll find all the partners you need for your student life in one place: Crous BFC, Caf, SSE, InfoJeunes BFC, Divia, Smerra, Pépite BFC, UnisCité, Chouette Abeille, and many others. From housing, health and mobility to support, commitment and good tips, everyone is there to give you information and advice.

This is your chance to ask questions, find out about services that are just right for you, and start the year off on the right foot, well informed.

Join us September 9th at 7.30pm at the Atheneum for the screening of La Voix du Glacier Blanc, a captivating documentary that combines human adventure and ecological awareness.

Through the eyes of clear-sighted, committed young people, set off on a journey to the heart of the glaciers, where the beauty of the world and the challenges of tomorrow take shape.

Health and solidarity

Looking to get set up without breaking the bank, or find useful info to start the year off right?
Don’t miss Solidarity Day – the “Health & Solidarity Event”, on 11 September from 11am to 4pm in the MULTIPLEX hall.

What’s on:

  • Meet committed organisations like the Banque alimentaire, la Croix-Rouge, le Secours populaire, France Bénévolat, Harmonie Mutuelle, MGEN, CPAM, Léo Phénix, Enedis and many more – all here to inform you and offer practical solutions.
  • A 100% free flea market for students: clothes, kitchenware, small appliances, duvets, pillows, hygiene products, school supplies… All available (while stocks last) to help you settle in stress-free.
  • A prevention stand run by the SSE, offering advice on student health and wellbeing.
  • The Disability Support Service will also be there to answer your questions, guide you, and support you if you have a disability – or if you want to learn more about the services available.

Associative Village

Want to get involved in campus life or just curious to see what’s going on? Drop in to the Village Associatif, on the esplanade Erasme on 11 September from 11am to 3pm.

You’ll be able to meet the associations of the Université Bourgogne Europe, as well as a number of other players in student life, all there to tell you about their projects, what they’re doing and how you can get involved.

The atmosphere will be relaxed and friendly: a foodtruck will be there, and there will be entertainment throughout the day.

And if you like a challenge, a bingo card will give you the chance to explore the stands in a fun way… with a prize to be won: a galette donated by the foodtruck!

It’s a great opportunity to get informed, meet people and immerse yourself in campus life.

Ready for a musical start to the year? The NOVOSONIC Festival returns from Tuesday 16 to Thursday 18 September at the Atheneum, the cultural centre of the Université Bourgogne Europe.

For its 22nd edition, NOVOSONIC will be taking you on a free journey to the heart of emerging music: rock, electro, rap, techno… There’s plenty of opportunity to discover new sounds, get your groove on and share some good times on campus.

The Cultural Village will also be there: in a chill atmosphere with sofas and relaxed areas, come and meet the local and student cultural players, and get all the ideas you need for your new artistic year!

Concerts, discoveries and a good dose of energy to get your university year off to a good start.

All week long at the campus sports facilities.
Come discover the SUAPS sports activities and get in shape for the start of the 2025 academic year!

On the programme: handball, basketball, dance, wakeboarding, beach volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swimming, gymnastics and orienteering.

On Thursday 18 September 2025 from 4pm, head to the esplanade Erasme for one of the highlights of the new academic year: the Color Campus!

On the programme:

Starting at 4pm, join in the sports village and warm up to music with SUAPS!

At 5:15 p.m., take part in a 4km run on the Dijon campus, organised by the UBE Campus and with the participation of students. All along the circuit, you’ll find obstacles and coloured powder throwing stands.

At the finish line, a big collective powder throw will bring the event to a colourful finale!

And if you want to recharge your batteries, a food and drink stand will be waiting for you at the end of the run.

A race, colour, sport and, above all, lots of fun to get you off to a great start to the new school year.

The welcoming ceremony for international students for the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year will take place on Tuesday 23 September 2025, from 6.30pm to 8pm.

Each semester, international students are invited to a welcome ceremony organised by the City and the Metropolis. This is an opportunity for them to meet other international students, get information about the city and its cultural, sporting and practical activities, and enjoy a convivial moment over a buffet to encourage exchanges and new friendships.

Please note: this event is invitation only.

The UBE Green Office welcomes you to an evening of cine debate around the short film ‘In Action’, on the theme of civic engagement.

The evening will begin tuesday 23 September at 8pm with a short introductory talk, followed at 8.30pm by the screening of the film and a time for discussion and debate.

The event will be held on the Esplanade Erasme, in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. If the weather is bad, a fallback solution will be provided at the Atheneum

This event is part of the Sustainable Development Weeks.

A great opportunity to reflect together on our role as citizens.

Want to broaden your horizons? Come along to the Atheneum on 25 September from 4pm to 11pm for a day dedicated to international study!

Come and discover all the opportunities available to go abroad with the Université Bourgogne Europe… or even outside your university curriculum.

Available : information stands, entertainment with prizes to be won, intercultural workshops and, to round off the day in style, a karaoke evening with students from all over the world!

It’s a great opportunity to travel without leaving campus and meet new people!

The UBE is full of researchers! What do they do? Who are they? Sometimes they are your teachers, sometimes they are also students…

Researchers’ Night is a unique opportunity to discover almost a hundred researchers from all disciplines, in a friendly and fantastic atmosphere. This year, on Friday 26th, it’s the 20th edition!

Come and explore the scenographic worlds created for the occasion, inspired by scientific journeys into research, researcher’s investigations or experiments in sports science…

Come along on Friday 26 September, from 6pm to 11pm, to the Salle Multiplex and the Halle de Tennis at the UFR STAPS!
