Citizen Water Day: Students Invited to Discuss the Challenges of Tomorrow
On Saturday, May 23, 2026, the French Youth Parliament for Water (PFJE) will host the very first Citizen Water Day in Dijon, an event dedicated to the major challenges surrounding water management and ecological continuity.
Open to students, researchers, professionals, and citizens, this event will provide opportunities for discussion around a key issue at the heart of environmental and territorial transitions: the impact of water management on the local economy, energy, agriculture, natural risks, and tourism.
Students from Université Bourgogne Europe, particularly those studying management, governance, strategy, environmental studies, or public policy, are invited to actively take part in the round tables and discussions scheduled throughout the afternoon.
The event will also offer an opportunity to meet committed local stakeholders and engage with professionals and decision-makers on concrete issues related to natural resources and the jobs of tomorrow.
