L’Odyssée musicale du cerveau (The Musical Odyssey of the Brain)
18–20 May 2026, Dijon – The Musical Odyssey of the Brain is an innovative initiative that harnesses music as a strategic tool for social cohesion, public health and education.
Held in Dijon, the event brings together leading scientists, cultural institutions, practitioners and decision-makers to translate advances in neuroscience into concrete and measurable public action. It is organised around two main sessions.
In the afternoon (Salle des Actes at Collège Marcelle Pardé, Rue Condorcet), there will be lectures and discussions to explore the effects of music on well-being, inclusion, and cognitive and social abilities. At 6pm, enjoy a concert or dance workshop and an aperitif accompanied by the poetic humour of Plantu’s drawings, ‘Au secours la musique ”.
At 8 pm, head to the Théâtre des Feuillants (opposite Rue Condorcet) for the Musical Odyssey of the Brain, a scientific cabaret blending music and science in which an electro-pop singer and a string quartet take you on a journey to the heart of the brain. Suitable for all ages from 7 years old.
